- We slow cook meats at a low temperature for 10-20 hours.
- Half way through the process we wrap the meat to keep in the moisture.
- The meat is hand-pulled and most of the fat is taken off. You pay for all meat!
- You can by it frozen and we will give you instruction on reheating. It will taste as good as the day it was made!
